During our visit when we went to retrieve our vouchers they were in the process of changing locations and there was a mix up but they corrected it and gave us tickets to a special event happening in town as well as a refund and an apology letter from the ceo.... so even tho it happened they definitely made it right with fantastic customer service and fast response we definitely enjoyed the attractions well worth the money..thank you all for everything.

I purchased this after reading reviews on a trip advisor. I took my son to the Zoo and to the Battleship Wisconsin. We had no issues. We still had to get in line at the purchase counter to produce the passport stub, but as everything was already paid for, there was not much waiting to be signed in.
