As you may be aware Covid has hit the tour industry pretty hard and as a way for us to stay open we are only open for booked tours and I have checked both viator and our internal systems and cannot find a booking for you. I understand that this is a very frustrating experience for you and that you rightfully are upset. I would like to figure out what has happened that we do not have the booking so that it does not happen in the future. Again I am so sorry, please let me know if you are in San Francisco still or planning to visit again when you email so that we can get you on a tour if it is convenient for you.
