Company took our money but doesn't exist. Went to address and no business there. Will be claiming money back through trip advisor

DO NOT BOOK TICKETS. This company doesn’t exist. Booked an online reservation, showed up at the address on the ticket at time of scheduled tour, and there was no business there — just a blank door with no signage. Phone number listed on ticket and website sends you to a Google Voice number with no response.

Hi, I am so sorry that this was your experience. Can you please send me images of your booking to [email protected]? As you may be aware Covid has hit the tour industry pretty hard and as a way for us to stay open we are only open for booked tours and I have checked both viator and our internal systems and cannot find a booking for you. I understand that this is a very frustrating experience for you and that you rightfully are upset. I would like to figure out what has happened that we do not have the booking so that it does not happen in the future. Again I am so sorry, please let me know if you are in San Francisco still or planning to visit again when you email so that we can get you on a tour if it is convenient for you.

We had a great time and saw the city up close and personal. This trio allows you to stop as you choose and explore. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Highly recommend this trip.
