Overview

Full-day trip from Downtown Atlanta to the North Georgia Wine Country. Admire the rolling hills and vineyards that make up Georgia’s premier wine region. Visit three celebrated wineries for approximately 13 wine tastings. After the wine tastings we will visit Helen, GA for lunch, a re-creation of a Bavarian Alpine village, complete with cobblestone streets. Helen has more than 200 specialty and import shops offering everything from candle making and glass blowing to cuckoo clocks and quilts. A taste of Germany in North Georgia.

This was a full day of wine & fun. It was a great time for everyone. The trip to Helen was an added bonus. Very relaxing travel method and Pam was very attentive to the groups needs, she was awesome.

Driver was absolutely awful and the ride was not pleasant. The wine claims to be award winning but no where are awards posted. Helen Georgia was so crowded it was also unpleasant.

I loved the shuttle ride because of the time I got to share with my kindred spirit friend. We’re so busy we rarely have time to connect. I enjoy learning, so I also appreciate the lesson at The Cottage about judging and experiencing various wines. I must add they had a rose sweet wine that was amazing; the sweet/dry combination was superbly balanced. Yummy!!! Last but not least- the mountain views are beautiful and relaxing; they remind me of God’s glory.
