We had a great time of this tour! The hot springs were quite the treat and the ice museum was unique and fun! What made our trip the best was our guide Lexi! Thank you Lexi for your professionalism, expert photography skills for the Northern Lights, driving skills on the Chena Highway and for making the trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Our tour guide Lexi was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I’ve always had great tour guides but Lexi was exceptional. From the entertaining conversations to the BEAUTIFUL photos she took, Lexi went above and beyond from the first interaction to the last. She was super energetic and sweet, she truly made the experience 100x better. Since were the first stop, we spent about 2 ish hours in the car on the way up to Chena Hot Springs. The ride was a bit bumpy but what can you expect from extremely iced over roads. However, Lexi drove very safely and we even saw a few moose! The ice museum was a lot of fun, our museum guide/ice bartender, Bash was hilarious and definitely enhanced our experience there. Next up was dinner, everything from the drinks to the food were great, just on the more expensive side. The hot springs felt great even in -30° with 20 mph winds. Last event on the itinerary was aurora hunting! Lexi worked hard to make sure everyone got great photos of themselves and their groups with the lights. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations and every part of it was fun and exciting. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to any Fairbanks/aurora seekers. If you are thinking of going, you should definitely request Lexi as your guide.

My experience was amazing! They had to cancel my trip earlier in the week due to poor weather conditions, but they were awesome with rescheduling me. This was one of my favorite activities I did when I was in Fairbanks!
