Our tour with The Aurora Chasers far exceeded our expectations! Ronn and Marqueta provided an outstanding experience! Ronn was very flexible and proactive working with us to reschedule the tour to the best possible day to see the Aurora since the weather was not favorable in our original booking day. Ronn was very helpful before the tour answering my questions about my camera. The workshop provided great information and helped us setup our cameras. Ronn and Marqueta picked the best spot to see the lights, quickly helped everyone get situated and ready with their cameras and tripods. Marqueta was very proactive in getting our photos taken and getting us a hot beverage to warm up. It is very clear Ronn and Marqueta are passionate about the Aurora and want everyone to have a great experience. They clearly do their best to ensure we get to see the Aurora. Although the Aurora was not very strong that day we loved our photos! They turned out much better than we expected. Overall the experience with The Aurora Chasers was outstanding and we definitely recommend them to everyone!

Even though the weather wasn't being very cooperative, Marketa found spots for us to see the Northern Lights. Ronn is a great guide and helped set up our cameras and iphones to get the best pictures. I can now check seeing the Northern Lights off my bucket list thanks to Ronn and Marketa's patience chasing the lights.

Northern lights had been in my bucket list for a long time. So, my family and I (group of 11) planned a trip to Fairbanks, Alaska in the month of September (not too cold) and during new moon phase week (as dark as possible). We researched a few of the northern lights tours in Fairbanks and we loved the way The Aurora Chasers presented through their website. They provided plenty of information to ensure we had the best experience... and they were absolutely right! Ronn and Marketa picked us up in their top of the line 12 passenger van and off we went. They took us to a spot, next to a lake, that provided for awesome photos! They made sure all of us prepped and positioned our cameras where we could get the best shots of the aurora and the milky way. They made sure we kept warm too. Ronn and Marketa provided a very friendly atmosphere. They are very professional, yet so down to earth!! Their ability to manage our expectations and walk us through everything that was expected to happen that night was outstanding. They worked really hard on making ours a 'once in a lifetime' experience. They really exceeded our expectations! By the end of the tour, they felt like part of the family. I highly recommend this tour (100%); and I wish Ronn and Marketa a healthy and safe Aurora season!!!
