Northern Lights Tours and Lifetime Adventure from Anchorage

Overview
This tour only runs in the winter months from Sept 1st through April 15th. This trip will be focused on the Aurora Borealis aka Northern Lights. It offers some of the most amazing views that Mother Nature offers. There is no disappointments on this trip as you will return home with those ultimate memories and photographs of a lifetime! Our trips are not fast and quick as we love watching the lights too! Expect hours of fun, great conversation and learning how to photography the lights.

For photographing the Northern Lights we highly suggest a DSLR camera with a lens that is capable of at least a f/2.8 18-35mm and a decent tripod for best pictures. The Northern Lights can be photographed with smartphones as well. But know that due to taking a time exposure, your best results will be with a DSLR camera. It can be cold (below zero), so be sure to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and have an extra camera battery. The cold temperatures can drain a battery quickly.

Absolutely amazing! We lucked out and had a fabulous light showing even with the moon out. The pictures were all wonderful. Scott took some great pictures with his professional camera and share with the tour group. They were amazing and cannot wait to print and frame to display in my home and office. I highly recommend. I already have family and friend asking for details that I will gladly share. Thanks Scott for the great tour!

It was a fun night had by all of us. It is great fun to share first time experiences with people as myself was like a kid in a candy store that night as the lights were so fantastic. We lucked out and nature showed us its glory. Like I said before I will say again, I hope our paths cross again one day!

Scott is a fantastic tour guide. We started the tour early and was able to witness Aurora Borealis with plenty of time. He is sooo knowlegeable with how these natural phenomenon occur as well as how life in Alaska would be. He is so honest in stating facts with no false hopes. We decicded to go that night because it was the reason why we booked a flight to Alaska. My husband and I are soo happy Northern lights came out that day. Scott taught us a little of photography which was very helpful. He is a humble guy and very accomodating. We all have good connections in the tour group and it indeed felt like a family. Scott is a professional photographer and even shared his beautiful pictures that night for free. I would definitely recommend this tour with Scott!!!

Thank you very much as I had a great time with everyone. I do hope our paths cross again one day at least for a minimum for a handshake, coffee and chat!

You would think that there would be some type of refund for this utter waste of time and money, mind you it's not cheap. He drove us two hours away just to sit in a van for what felt like hours, to see nothing. We got nothing that was on the list. We did however got pictures that couldn't have been from that night.
