NYC SCAM!!!! Beware, used Viator to book this sightseeing cruise. They upsold me on a Hop On/Off Bus tour to get to the cruise. The bus does not go within 1 miles of the cruise. It dripped us off and we had to walk 45 minutes. When we arrived at the site 5 minutes late the cruise had already left dozens of passengers. They have you call a number where some kid answers and takes down your credit card to charge an additional $45 to reschedule. WORST YET: the rescheduled time was also a scam!!! There was no cruise at that time and no one accepts any responsibility from either the cruise or viator!!!! BEWARE
