It's a SCAM, There was NO Boat not even a person to give info. Just imagine this, we had onle one day to see the city, so we booked this tour, we went to the pier more than 30 minutes before the scheduled time, some peole start coming to the tour, al 4:40pm started raining and the was not a place to protect us from rain, but we stay because the info in the page says that they operate any wheater, so we waited, and NO boat or person showd up, nobody, i sent text to the operatior, no answer, called the phones operator and no answer, so after waiting in the rain all wet, we decides to go, so we lost our time and also more than $50 usd in taxis to get there and back, we just asked for a refund and we are waiting a response. This company ruined our trip to NY!
