Tour person was rushing us because someone in the group had to leave early. It was hard to find the person when you need them. The person would forgot about people.

Our tour guide was wonderful! She was spunky, enthusiastic and truly loved her city. We went on a day that started out a bit rainy, so we had a particularly small group.. which was awesome. She tailored our tour to fit out time needs and was very knowledgeable. My only suggestion - our tickets didn’t include 9/11 Museum tickets, so plan ahead to purchase those separately if you would like to see that as well.

Our tour guide was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the sites. I really liked how we got to go and explore on our own for a bit. I just wish we had more time at Ellis island and Liberty.
