We had the 48hr pass, Using the app you get the impression that without a booking you wont get on any of the rides. But honestly booking does not even matter, all you need is to show your QR code and you can access the bus. This caused a lot of overbooking and increased waiting times for the next bus which was annoying. For a company that seems to have many staff scattered around New York, they could definitely do better organisation of the tours. I enjoyed the night tour best, and liberty cruise. The Brooklyn tour was boring to me, also did the downton tour. Forget the times, the tour starts whenever the bus decides to arrive.

Boat cruise needs more seats, and way too far from stop 11 from bus, then you line up for ages without seating Waste of cash

We purchased the sight seeing pass 48 hours on October 7, 2022. It was disheartening that the GPS guided narration did not function on none of the buses that we rode. The stops were at convenient locations. The bus drivers did a good job. If you want commentary during your bus tour, try a different tour company.
