Great ride in the sun, 2 hours was plenty to ride around the whole park. Staff super friendly and the bikes were well maintained, lots of choice too.

Absolutely horrible service. Jerome is extremely rude and quick to place unwanted insurance charges on your card without your consent. When we asked for a breakdown of how our total for 3 standard bikes and 3 scooters was $170+, Jerome did not explain and rudely asked us to “stand outside”. Save yourself this uncomfortable interaction and rent a city bike instead.
