Very convenient rental location, slightly old bicycles, especially broken seats and not very comfortable, overall worthwhile if activity done with a visitor card

Easy to book and easy to find given directions. They are located a couple of blocks from the park so unless you want to ride on the road in busy traffic you are going to need to walk your bike to the park. The bikes all seemed in pretty good condition although my daughter said the gears were not very good on her bike and she struggled uphill. We booked a two hour session but were half an hour late picking up due to rain storm. This meant by the time we got the bikes and got to the park we didn’t have much time definitely not enough to ride all the way round, it’s a one way system round a large loop there was a much smaller loop you can do with a stop off at the fountain so we just did that. In hindsight I wish I’d hired the bikes for longer or just picked up the citi bikes which are available on the roadside and close to the park. Not quite sure how they work but have also seen them in London presume you pay for the time used and wasn’t sure but they looked electric. This would offer greater flexibility for the weather and time if you are visiting other attractions. Overall fancy apple seemed professional and we had no issues there were lots of people renting from them. I would say though that they offer free cold bottles of water for people giving them a 5 star review so not sure I would trust all their reviews given this. The park itself is well worth a visit just wish we’d had more time to explore properly.

We rented bikes through the NYC sightseeing pass and we had a great day! The staff was friendly and so polite and pointed out some sites to see on a map for us. We would highly recommend using their services.
