we had an all-day rental of two bikes via the NYC Sightseeing Pass. The pickup of the bikes was fine, but the bikes were in a bad condition. Gearshift didn‘t work on either of them, and the chain broke on one in the middle of Central Park. We were told to bring it back to the store in order to exchange it. This meant walking our bikes for 70 minutes through Central Park and Manhattan. We didn‘t care for the exchange by then. The staff didn‘t offer any refund or words of excuse
