Want to charge extra insurance and if you refuse to pay extra costs. Bicycles were not well maintained and children's bikes were not adapted to age range at all. Definitely not recommended

Poor quality bikes and poor service. If you cycle with outside the park and something is wrong with your bike, they don't come. Chain snapped so first walk back to the park.

Overall rather positive experience because the bike ride in Central Park was very pleasant. The bikes were good quality and worked perfectly. The downsides: the wait and above all the deplorable welcome from the staff. We were yelled at from start to finish. Neither a hello nor a goodbye.
