Dante knew a ton about the lower east side. We learned so much about the food in that area and also sampled a lot of different things. Katz Deli was my favorite. His group sizes are very manageable, so there was plenty of time to ask questions. My wife, 17 yr old daughter, and I had a great time.

This was the most amazing tour I've ever had on a sightseeing trip! You have to do it! And Dante, the tour guide, the most fantastic, fun, and friendly person you'll ever meet. He will automatically be your best friend. You'll feel like you made a friend for life, I know I feel that way! If you want to experience the Lower East Side like a local, and try amazing, authentic, ethnic food, then this tour is for you. If you want to enjoy and celebrate locally owned, multigenerational family businesses, this tour is for you. If you want to learn about how immigrants to NYC lived and made a life for them and their families, then this tour is for you. If you want to feel good and celebrate New York City, this tour is for you. It is just absolutely spectacular. I am so, so glad I took it and the next time I visit NYC, I will take another tour with Dante!

We went in the off season and had a vip tour given by Billy. Billy was fantastic for me and my 14 year old son. We throughly enjoyed walking around the city and tasting some amazing foods. My son still talks about Billyā€™s one liners that made us both laugh. Thank you so much for the laughs and the great food.
