Certainly a great view, but echoing what others have said, the “all-inclusive” ticket is a scam - DO NOT buy it. There are essentially no perks at all the come with it. We were in the same lines doing the same things as folks with regular admission. Also, if you have a choice between this and the Empire State Building, do the latter - it’s much nicer to be outside with a great view of New York.

Absolutely not worth $148 for 2 tickets I paid for the “all inclusive” it was not that at all. The wait average wait time should not even be posted because the standard package did not have a line as well. The $15 coupon did not do much and on top of this the cafe area where we used this did NOT HAVE CHAIRS, we had to stand while we ate… I wish I would have bought the standard tickets because the extra “value” that you were given was absolutely not worth it. Also as far as “priority exit” I feel like that was a scam as well because you were grouped with other people who did not pay for the inclusive and had to wait with them. I’m not sure why they are trying to sell your photograph too, especially when you paid for the most expensive package at least include this. DO NOT BUY THE UPGRADED PACKAGE! Buyer Beware!

Not very nice coffee area. Bar area: extremely unfriendly staff. To me that spoiled the whole experience!
