Amazing experience! Must see! The elevator, the multimedia experience, the views, the restaurant experience - all amazing. The menu is great although the food could be better quality. Overall, don't miss this!

Elevator is a digital screen with a movie of outside. There is no real time view until the top. Glass bottom floor is a digital screen of a movie. There is no real time view of the streets. All inclusive is not worth the money. You are given a tablet that isn't very user friendly. No guidance or clear direction of the experience. Attempted to return to a skipped section to be told by a disgruntled employee (tall Caucasian working photograph on 7/4, 2pm) that “we can’t have people moving back and forth- only forward.”Seems all workers in NY are pretty unhappy, but she is the epitome. How can a photograph employee ruin your holiday in New York? Buy this ticket and see yourself. Given 2 stars for the 360 view at the top floor and the dramatic lifting of a projection screen to reveal the actual view of outside. Go to Edge or Summit One. Cannot be worse than this. If you insist on going, do the basic package. Skip all inclusive cash grab equivalent to the bike carriage ride on the streets for $18/minute.
