Absolutely fabulous and well worth the trip. I will certainly be visiting again! The presentation is breathtaking and it is soooo beautiful!

The observatory is as impressive as could be expected and the views are breathtaking. However, the "all inclusive" ticket is not. Of the two iPads we were provided, one did not work after a few minutes. We were supposed to have $15.00 to "drink or shop". We tried to sit at the bar, I wanted a drink and my wife wanted coffee. Coffee was not available and if I purchased the coffee at the coffee shop I could not bring it to the bar, Outside the bar, there is no seating available. Tried to buy a notebook at the souvenir shop but our $15.00 balances were not accepted in payment. Only small trinkets. Tried to to use the $15.00 to buy the souvenir photos. No dice either. So, be aware that you may end up losing your $15.00, or getting something you absolutely do not want.

Getting tickets was pretty easy on line, staff upon arrival were friendly and courteous. Views were stupendous! Highly recommend. Also, would say vto One World... why do people have to watch the very boring 3 minute presentation (especially after the AMAZING ride up in the elevator) and also stand in line for a poor quality photo that people don't care about? All before entering. Those two things are a waste of time.
