The entire experience was fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the process to go up in the tower is very fast and really easy! The elevator ride was amazing. I love the passage of time as you rise up through the tower. The views were outstanding. Even on a cloudy day, you could see for miles and every landmark was visible. It was really clean and not too crowded. Would absolute love to go again!

Be aware !!! They sell tickets at 3 different price levels. They are based on estimated wait times to get into the elevators. For the lowest priced ticket there is a sign that says wait time is like 70 minutes and the prices go up considerably to "priority access". However, these signs with wait times do not reflect actual wait times- the wait times posted never change. When you get to the ticket sales machines, look straight ahead. If there are no lines, just buy the cheapest ticket. The most expensive ticket does give you a $15 credit at the gift shop of restaurant plus a PC tablet but the tablet doesn't work very well and is pretty useless.

Extremely overpriced. It cost myself and my wife and grand daughter $215 dollars! We got 3 passes to the observation deck and 3 gift passes to but snacks for $15 each. But a stale tuna sandwich is $10 and a coffee is $7 so it doesn’t last long. It’s a good view but the price should be cut in half at least.
