Amazing views! Get the table they offer for $15. It will allow you to see things that would have easily been missed in the maze of building beneath you.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m sure our future visitors will appreciate the pointers on making the most of their visit! Our One World Explorer iPads offer a great value for those visitors less familiar with NYC and are included with our Combination and All-Inclusive tickets. We hope you will visit us again in the future. Sincerely, Delfin Ortiz, General Manager, One World Observatory

A must do as is the tallest building in New York . Views where great from the top . There was no queue when we went late March. The elevator ride up was informative and loved seeing how New York has been built up over the years . Not a 5 as disappointed we couldn’t go outside and no guide to what you are looking at (which I found at Top of the Rock and Empire State ) unless you pay $15 for an iPad . I know some are complaining about the price but tip is to buy a sightseeing pass and all the buildings are included except One Summit .

Thank you for your review and for choosing to visit One World Observatory! Our team strives to deliver an extraordinary experience to compliment the extraordinary views. While we do lack outdoor space, that can be a real advantage during the chillier months and during a humid NYC summer! We hope you join us again in the future. Sincerely, Delfin Ortiz, General Manager, One World Observatory

I’m scared of heights and only pressing my face against the glass to look straight down made my knees wobble. The lift up is inside the building so you don’t see out when going up. The music and film in the lift going up and down makes you forget what’s going on anyway. All the staff were really friendly and make the most of the free tour people and we watched a lady who gave a chat that was brilliant. In my opinion you don’t need to pay extra for the AR tablet. If you want to know what a building is use apple maps!
