I never use viator again . Could not find viator group at site was not allowed to skip the line. There was no contact or any sign to find them on that crowd with viator

Loved the experience - stunning views of the NY bay and Manhattan. Bring warm clothes for layering. Plan to reserve the restaurant in advance as they were booked. Great to combine with the 911 Memorial as well

No effort to accommodate a physically challenged senior. I explained I could not stand long. Yet, I had to wait in all lines past the entrance. I was in great pain. I could not enjoy the experience at all. I paid the premium for skip the line to limit my standing. While that helped, no one past the entrance made any effort. There weren’t even any chairs for me to sit in while I waited. I was incredibly sad that no one a moment’s thought to help handicapped seniors.
