The elevator experience was an exciting novelty and the reveal behind the curtains is a nice touch but that's where the excitement ends We visited this tower, Summit and top of the rock on our trip to NYC and one world observatory was the worst. Its the tallest but being so far south means that you see muddy brown views of pretty much everything and you cannot see Central Park. There is also no outside area, just big windows with tall steel beams which spoil photos. Save your money and visit top of the rock

Thank you for your feedback! We consistently challenge ourselves to deliver the best experience possible, and our visitors’ feedback is very helpful in doing so. It all comes down to the view you're after. Our views of NY harbor and uptown are unparalleled. Warmly, Delfin Ortiz, General Manager, One World Observatory

Visited with my husband after visiting the 9/11 Memorial and was slightly underwhelmed. Very expensive for what you get. The views over NYC were amazing but not much else to see or do. Visited the cafe which was a shambles, long queues with only one person serving and even though we managed to get a table, we had to stand as there were no seats. As with everything in New York, prices for drinks were expensive. Worth a visit if you have half hour to spare!
