Amazing views - a once in a lifetime experience You have to visit - staff very friendly & helpful - especially as my E-mail didn’t work to validate my ticket, they were just super supportive & helpful

Positive: Nice to have skipped the line. A wonderful 360 view of NYC. Great food. Negative: Restroom is kinda hidden right behind the souvenir store.
