Loved the city of view amazing 🤩 I loved the iPad that tell you details abut Buildings any of the city part!! I have such wander full experience!!

I was extremely disappointed in the staff at the one world observatory, we prepaid for two tickets and they didn't have the decency to let us know that we would not be able to see anything? As a college student 100+ dollars for a view that was supposed to be one of the main attractions on our trip to New York this was an extreme let down. We had no knowledge that we would not be able to see anything, we would have asked to move our tickets to another day if we had known so, and of course after swiping our tickets we could not get any sort of refund. Very saddening part of our trip.

This was a great activity. It is a very futuristic attraction. Every thing from the entrance to the elevator was special, and we loved the experience. The observatory was beautiful, and all my kids loved the height. I believe it is a must see.
