Not that good. Organization here was a mess, often running 30+ minutes behind tour times due to poor design. It’s an unfortunate money grab that doesn’t seem well thought out. Don’t get me wrong, the harbor view is OK, sunset adds a pretty photo opp. But not worth it. We even did the VIP / skip the line - the lady handing out the tour iPads was extremely rude, the iPads have no headsets….not very accommodating! Makes it very difficult to hear (imagine 100 of these blaring in a tight space.?). You could easily provide $5 throwaway ear buds. Most important, this is just as high up as the Empire State Building….. so other than the harbor, why bother. Also, this tourist trap has a cafe and small grab n go shop right in the way of the view. A better idea; tour the 9/11 museum next door and the Empire St Building in midtown. Pls let me know if this was helpful.

We had to reserve a time Yet the place was jam packed! They crammed us into elevators. They then wanted to charge an additional $15 for a virtual map, just Not worth the price.
