Amazing view of the city. Not comparable to other observatory because of its unique location. Did not really need to skip the line because the line was pretty short at the time we went (10:10am). Does not take two hours as advertised unless you stop for a bite.

Gorgeous view. Rude staff. Had dinner around 4 but to there being short staffing issues we didn’t finish until right before 6. As soon as we walked down to see the 360 view it was 6 and we were promptly told to leave. I understand that you close at 6, but when the restaurant is still serving customers you don’t need me to rushing everyone to the elevator. Definitely not a recommend. Wait until the tower opens to full staffing and the horse before Covid.
