The elevator is super fun and fast view are incredible 360 you eat buy souvenirs take video,photo and super safe

There was no skipping a line they put us with the regular line. Plus. got there 15 min early and the young man taking the tickets made us stand to the side until 1pm but let people up who had just bought their tickets. Viator was a waste of time and money!

It was horrible. Absolute zero visibility and tried to get a refund but since was done through trip advisor said needed to contact them. Tried to call 4 times and left a message before and days before experience and nobody will contact me. Then was approached to pay an additional 15 to watch videos on an iPad because large movie screens wouldn’t come down from ceiling. The only enjoyable part was the elevator ride that shows views of NYC through time. I realize nobody can control the weather but being contacted after trying to get a refund PRIOR to event and day of would have been the right thing to do. I’ve always booked my experiences through Trip Advisor, but not so sure going forward .
