Amazing to see the view at night! NYC is an amazing city and the new tower is the perfect symbol of strength over tragedy!

Unbelievable view ruined by one staff member. Tall, ginger women working the queue on Monday 20 December 2021 early afternoon. Shouting at multiple customers for no reason, ruining more than one family’s experience. No idea how to deal with customers, exceptionally rude and inconsiderate. Puts a bad stamp on the day from the start. Clearly working in the wrong job and should consider a job where she doesn’t have to speak to the public, as she can’t.

The freedom tower was fantastic. Crowded but great. The skip the line was frustrating. The people on site said it was a third party ticket and not for the line that was there.
