This is by far the best $40 I have ever spent!! The 48 second elevator has movie, age lapse of the World Trade area that takes mind completely off the height or speed. Ears were fine. I highly recommend the tablet to walk the 360 view when you get to the top to show you what you’re looking at and fine locations of interest. It can be overwhelming as you will be awestruck. I attended with a broken leg and a group of 4 that was treated to easy access ramps and elevators from friendly staff. The female host at entry was extremely helpful with recommendations of tickets. The male security at entry gave us the best lunch recommendation. I wish I had their names to give you. They absolutely made our day. The view. OUTSTANDING! I have lived in NY and this was exceptional. We could see all of Manhattan, NJ coast, airports, Rikers, Ellis and Statue of Liberty. I lost my phone since I was on a scooter for my broken leg and overtaken by the view. A guide at the exit approached us to help with my accessibility needs and was so friendly and had my phone in seconds from lost and found. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our group paid an extra $10 each to join the fast Track General Admission tickets for the day we visited (as there were no tickets at our prefered time - not a problem). We returned to the entrance that afternoon, at the allocated time and were shown straight through to the elevators (service was head and shoulders above The Edge - quite literally). We had purposely returned around Sunset to make the most of the views at that time, and certainly glad we did! The view from the top is astounding, and revelaed in a unique way! If you have time, I highly recommomend staying for an hour to enjoy the Cocktails in the lounge/ bar area. Bearing in mind this building has been borne from the foundations of tragedy and the former site of the the World Trade centers is never far from your mind. For me this building is somehwere I would come back to again, to peacefully take in the views of Manhattan and to spare a thought to those who are no longer with us.

The Observation level view is fantastic. We did two (2) slow, careful, but exciting laps, taking pictures on top of pictures.
