I have just got back from a 7 night city break and wanted to go to 9/11 and freedom tower, but there was something very wrong about the over commercialisation of the experience!
It starts with $15 to hire an iPad! Surely this should be part of the user experience?

Having done the Edge, Empire State and Rockerfella there was a noticeable lack of seating to enjoy the views and eat our $17 flatbread.
Would not recommend given what the Tower stands for
