Absolutely amazing experience. From the moment you enter the lift to the view at the top. Fully recommend this viewing observation compared to all others in New York. I would however recommend to visit this prior to visiting the 9/11 museum given the emotions and details you face in there

We weren’t sure at first if visiting the observatory would be worth ticket price. It was VERY worth it, right from the moment we got on the elevator until we left the building. Absolutely Amazing and should be a MUST DO if you are visiting NYC!

I got sick with COVID and was unable to go! I reached out to Viator the day of the event but never heard back. I was very disappointed!!
