Great views. Bought my ticket on Groupon way better price. The attraction is at the 911 area. The elevators are thrilling.

Even with the upgraded tickets, one still must stand in the same line, ride the same elevator, watch the same introductory (and pointless) video, receive the same iPads, have access to the same floors, receive the same I-don’t-really-like-my-job-all-that-much-but-I’m-trying-hard-to-pretend-that-I-do staff attitude, and see the same views as you would get with a regular ticket. All that aside, you’re in a tall building looking around. Yawn...

This ticket skip the line is not true waited over 40 minutes to come down from the floor . No staff organizing lines or checking tickets so most people were in the wrong line and added time to the ones who paid to skip the line. Would not recommend anyone to pay more for this feature it is a scam
