We were traveling with a family member who was visiting the U.S. for the first time in 26 years. He was incredibly excited with the view and the story.

I loved the 360’ views. You can see all the land marks. Breath taking presentation in the elevators and the Prosecco at the bar was worth a sit down. Take it all in and enjoy

$50 per person to ride an elevator. It was ok. Cloudy day so I’m sure that affected the experience. The views were nice but there was kind of a Disney ride experience feel to the whole thing. And for $50 per person I think that should have included the IPads which would have helped explain what we were looking at. Also they discouraged people from sitting to watch the views by putting all the seats far back from the windows. They didn’t even provide seats at the coffee shop. We had to stand and drink your coffee unless we were eating at the restaurant. Ubiquitous signage requesting reviews from Google and TripAdvisor was also kind of annoying. Overall just very gimmicky and not viewer-friendly.
