Louis the man at the counter was amazing!!!! So cordial and polite and efficient. He was very kind and helpful and it made our visit for my daughter's Bat mitzvah dinner at one world dine!

We visited with two boys 12 and 16. It was a clear day in NYC and the views to all parts of the city/Burroughs were spectacular. The tablets provided were great for identifying buildings and landmarks although we did notice the guide had not been updated with newer landmarks such as One Vanderbilt. Elevator ride/narrative to observatory views did not disappoint. I would choose this over Empire State or Top Of the Rock. So much more to see..
