It was good but we didn’t get the audio that was shown in the admission ticket. On the other hand, the guides in the city are very polite and helpful.

Going to the One World Observatory was the first thing we did on our recent visit to New York, followed by the memorial and the 911 museum. It was beautiful, so wonderfully done in all three areas, we are so pleased we visited it was moving and thought provoking and such a wonder tribute to those that were lost. We joined the long que to visit the observatory which moved surprisingly quick so don't be put off. Of all the tall buildings we visited in NY this was the fastest que and most organised of all. We got the lift to the top and the views where spectacular, we were very lucky as it was a clear and sunny day and we could see all of NY below us. This is a most go to spot in my opinion when visiting NY
