Very disappointing! The elevator ride up was very cool with the history of NYC but went way too fast to absorb and enjoy what you were seeing. Once we were up to the 102 floor you had no clue where to go or what to do. There was a little walk way next to the windows (with shades drawn??) that led you to the cafeteria! Again, no direction. And nobody to help you. Finally saw a small sign that says downstairs for the 360•. View. The digital experience we bought turned out to be worthless because it didn’t tell you much at what you were looking at, and just very clunky to use. No idea what direction you were facing to use it either.. basically paid way too much to look out windows with Noone around to answer questions. Empire State Building had great views and very informative with lots of extras to look at.. go there instead!!
