Not very crowded despite being a Saturday at noon. Actually went with a combination ticket that was supposed to get us through security and into elevators quicker, but really didn't need this special access. We did appreciate the digital guide that came with the upgrade.The process was very smooth, elevator ride is cool, endless windows to see all of NYC.

The elevator trip to the observatory. The view of the 5 boroughs and the emotional feeling of been in the historical site of 9/11/01.
