The stupidest thing I have ever paid for, don't know who is more stupid the tour or me for buying it. Complete waste of time. In nyc there are a lot of highlines this one is expensive and boring. You will not see anything innovative really is just a floor with large windows to see the city and even though you have a great view is just it. No cabled outside experience like in other view decks, no attractions. Don't waste money.

Offers a different perspective of the city not seen from The Rock or Empire State but not worth the money. Paid extra to skip the line except there wasn’t one! Tickets were to include iPads yet we only received one device which happened to have a low battery and died before the tour was done. Tickets also included a credit for gift shop or dining; we opted for the food but there were minimal places to actually sit-just tabletops to stand by. The food itself was equal to what you could pick up in a gas station. What I thought was a glass floor was really an animated/fake loop of the city. Maybe if you have kids this would be the place-it wasn't what two adults were expecting. Never again.
