Minus my son losing his backpack which the nice people working there were super willing to help and kind the view is wonderful and the ride up is fantastic! Organized and loved having the ipads

Such an amazing experience. It was clean, no lines, and everyone working was so nice. We ordered our tickets online and we’re able to walk right in.

The experience is mediocre, but I guess they're trying to justify the high cost. You will need to do the full TSA check going in which is understandable of course, but man, you get corralled like cattle to the lifts that take you to floor 102. Nothing to see there, more sheep herding. Then you eventually go down to 101, also just more opportunities to fleece you. Skip everything down to floor 100, where you can finally look out the windows, and the views are spectacular! Caution for photography buffs, angled windows and white pillars/everything make photography really hard with all the reflections. The views really are great, and I'm truly impressed at how this marvel rose out of the ashes of horror.
