The day we were to go was zero visibility and they let us change our tickets to the next day. Which was a beautiful clear day! Could see everything!

It is a beautiful idea, but I feel that more could’ve gone into that given the very high price of a regular general admission ticket more should have gone into the experience something to add and not just walking around in circles while watching the gorgeous NYC

The elevator ride and the views are memorable. So are the lines. In the day and age of technology that was used to visually enhance a few towards the simple use of text line holding would allow for a much better experience. The wait to leave the tower was the part that was not excusable. A simple text or old fashioned deli number would have added greatly to the experience. Standing in line to leave left a bad experience to something that was very unique and should have left me raving for not against
