The experience was really good. When we got there and asked what to do when we showed him the code on the phone. He pointed us in the right direction as we bypassed the line. We went right up to the security as the employee scanned our badge. This exhibit was a great experience. The faces of the kids at the end of the video in the gallery was awesome!! They had a great time.

This was super cool. The view was amazing. Even the elevator ride was cool. I wish the elevator ride had lasted longer—they showed the evolution of the NY skyline over the centuries. We went to the restaurant up there and it was very good. It was expensive but we all really enjoyed the food (get the gelato!). We were able to enjoy the view along with a nice meal. I would recommend!

The view is nice but to me the experience is not that great unless I know what I’m looking at. There should be some information telling you what buildings you’re seeing. I paid extra for the video guide to help me with this and it didn’t work at all, it was a complete rip off. My 22-year-old son who is completely technologically adept couldn’t figure it out either and when it did work briefly the information on it was ridiculously simple and not helpful at all. I think it’s ridiculous they charge you $50 to go up there and then do not provide any information on what you are even seeing. Then they sell you this as an add on and it didn’t even function properly. If you do go definitely don’t waste your money on the video guide or the priority access, that’s just a scam to get you to pay more... I had priority access and they wouldn’t even let me go 15 minutes early
