loved the VIP ticket. no lines, nice lunch, small extras - wonderful experience. We had a good lunch enjoying the view. Good service - loved the branzino I ordered. I could do the elevator rides again. very clever exhibit in the elevator.

This visit is obligatory if you are traveling to New York! The view of the city is AMAZING! You can not missed this visit!!

You get a $15 to use at the Cafe or gift shop. Nice not to have to wait the observatory entry line with that ticket option. Confusing which line to enter. They tell you at the register that you don't get money back nor can you use the remainder of the voucher at the gift shop (or vice versa). I was scrambling to use 3 vouchers at the last second because I didn't know if I'd get anything at the gift shop and didn't want to come back thru a crowd to use my last voucher. Was very frustrated in the moment. Nice experience otherwise inside. They lead you in except when they open, confusing where to wait. Worth doing this once for the amazing views.
