amazing experience... but not worth the cost. youre basically spending nearly $50/tix for a cool 47 second elevator ride to be totally indoors. the old observation deck was outside. make no mistake about it, the theatrics were insane and incredible. just not worth the price considering youre only going to spend an hour there. you also cant experience the amazing and pricey restaurant without buying observation deck tix. remember this when you want to bring your kids. better idea if this was a couples only thing

The staff was helpful and extremely nice. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for the one day we were there and the view was non-existent. Even with the view I think this is an overpriced excursion.

Do not pay for the all-inclusive or skip the lines package. Not worth it. Capacity is limited because of covid anyways. There was no line to skip. We walked in just like everyone else. Waste of money.
