This was a great experience even for a native new yorker who grew up in the Bronx. I had instant nostalgia while gazing over lower manhattan, uptown and the outer boroughs. I was fortunate to visit the Twin Towers Observatory Deck and Exterior Rooftop Deck and this experience brought me back to my childhood. As far as cost, just by the general admission passes while visiting during COVID19. I was compelled to buy the premium passes to avoid crowds during entry, but their was none. Hindsight, the check-in is similar to the TSA checkpoint at an airport, everyone is entering the same checkpoint and elevators...so don't burden yourself with the higher expense for premium tickets. The tour only takes 20 mins and their is also a presentation on the south end that talks about the design of the Tower and adjacent properties. I will certainly return in the summer to see my city on a clear sunny day!! (Buying GA Admission too!!)

Such an amazing experience! I’ve been there a few times and it’s always incredible. Most recently took my girlfriend (who enjoys nature far more than the city) and she was absolutely enamored with the observatory. The preshow parts are so well done, and the view is unmatched. Will definitely be going again in the future.

The view was spectacular, however that was it. It takes about 10 minutes to see the entire view and then you sitting there like... what do I do now? We bought the combination ticket thinking that we would have some extra perks here. It came to my attention( while walking in circles bored) general admission included the same benefits as the so called “combination ticket”.What I’m trying to say here is this, the combination ticket is a complete waste of money and you should just go with the cheaper general admission ticket since there is no difference except the dollar amount paid. Lesson learned.
