Second time visiting the Observation Tour and more impressed than last time. The 360• tour is amazing and best views anywhere. Plus the Oculus, shops and gardens are just mind blowing. The museum is fantastic, but can be a bit somber. Makes you think. Totally enjoyed it. And, all of the staff is amazing, Inviting and welcoming.

This was a really great thing to do. I wasnt really that bothered about going beforehand but was so glad I went. Spectacular views, even if you think you've seen the Manhattan view from other tall buildings like I felt I had, this was a cut above and so worth it. We went to the bar and had cocktails and some chicken wings. Very high quality. Also, if you're lucky enough to be served by Stephnie, then you're in for a treat. Best customer service we've received in NYC. She is a credit to the place. Would love to return next time we're in New York.

Low season so there wasn't much queueing to get to the top. Unfortunstely we were informed it was zero visiblity due to cloud and were offered an alternative date, we were on a short holiday so went up im the super speedy lift all the same. Looking over the tops of the lower Tower blocks was interesting, on a clear day you could probably see for miles!
