Yes it was magic, what a way to view New York City. We are still in awe. Besides the beauty and of the building, the amazing views what made this experience even better was the staff: everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The line was organized and entertaining.

We finished our 'tall buildings' off New York at One World Observatory and think that this impacted on our appreciation of it. We had already been up Empire State and Top of the Rock. Being New Year's Day at lunchtime I think it may have been a bit quieter than normal and this made getting in and seeing the views relatively easy. As I said we had seen two high views of New York already so this third view was less inspiring for us albeit was nicely done. The twin pools of rememberence below were incredibly moving and poignant. A great mark of respect for all those who perished.
