Family visit and had pre booked the tickets. Very well organised and well worth the visit. Went outside as the weather was fine and everything below looked so small. Was able to make out places we had previously visited and our accomodation.

You must include this as part of your visit to NYC!!! Tallest building in western hemisphere, and skipping the line makes it that much better.

We had a wonderful time in this observation place. Of course, the 9/11 memorial at night is incredibly moving, and climbing to the top of this tower was a unique experience. The projections in the elevator and especially the projection on arrival with the discovery of the pink view of the sunset ... sublime! Bravo for this imagination and this quality! We visited the 3 emblematic towers of the city and we found The One Tower to be the most complete visit.
