Too unorganized by people running things! Too crowded and the workers didn't know how to handle the situation.

Buy the VIP pass! Well worth it. Overall a fantastic experience. Recommend stopping at bar for drinks with a view!

This was a big disappointment. The lines to get in and to the top were very long (almost an hour). Once up there it is so crowded it is hard to get to a window to see out. There is a lot of glare off the windows so pictures do not come out that well. Then you have a 30 minute wait for the ride down. Overall it was a waste of 2 hours and $ 40 per person. I do not recommend this activity.
