My wife and I along with our 12 year daughter arrived at the underground entrance and waited until 4.50pm for 5pm entrance on 12/25/19. 1) no loud speaker to provide instructions what lines are Express designated. We had to tell the young lady our tickets were skip the line because she directed us to a large standing line. The skip line we were given blue tags and then proceeded thru security which was very fast. We were lead to elevators and cramped in like sardines. 2) We could hardly take pictures in the elevator to many people and kids with baby carriages. Note safety issue here because we could not move around. At the top when we got out the attendant seems confused and I had to ask what going on because we were not moving just standing there? Finally, some guy ran over told proceed to left. We enter a room and waited until screen started to play. After curtain went up we saw New York at not excellent. Then we walked around and stood until this 4 foot men came over and asked us how many? We replied 3. We were given a computer voice touch pad and to follow the prompts. We proceed to the observatory's side. Keep in mind no loud speaker and people are stopping dead center trying to read the touch pad. Were walked around then I realized their was a m
Crowd being addressed by a speaker on a round podium. We got there and heard pieces if his speech. We walked around and took pictures. Keep in mind how can we walk and read the touch screen with so many people. We found an employee asking as for the picture card. We had taken Pictures and which they computerized with world trade background. We found a cafe over crowded. Note due to over crowding we could not sit around. We decided to leave due to crowds and hot atmospher. After a long wait in line to the 1st floor we bought 45 dollars in pictures. Note, no one on the 1st floor to direct us to the picture agents we had to assume walk around go thru glass gates. We will never come back. Poor customer service.
