Your product titles are deceiving for the public! Making your Marketing tactics easy to misunderstand and for individuals to not have the full picture of what is being purchased.

My family enjoyed it, we had a nice clear day. They monitor the number of people to keep it from getting too crowded which is nice. There was a line to get in, these aren’t priority tickets. You do get to skip the line to buy tickets and they were a little cheaper than the posted price. The iPads they offered at $15 were helpful but, could have been a lot cooler. A $2 brochure would have worked as well but, no such thing. All and all, a good way to get a high view of the city. I really liked the video effect of the city being built during the elevator ride. Would have watched it again if possible.

Visited the Observatory on Christmas Day and the staff who meet you and sorted us with the tour were friendly, informative and helpful, the views are stunning and we spent a good deal of time there, the interactive Ipads also were fully of info on what your are looking at. The only real negative point was the Cafe, being charged $14 for two cans of soft drink is outrageous and seating is almost non existent.
